A P P L I C A T I O N ​

• First of all, thank you for your interest in applying for FRWD! 

• Attend one of our informationals or profit shares, although these are not mandatory, they are a great time to get to know us, and allow us to get to know you as well!

• Remember there is no right or wrong answer for your application, just be YOU!

 I N T E R V I E W ​

• After the application deadline, you will get an e-mail from FLAC to let you know if you get an interview 

• The interview is college casual attire (what you would wear to class)

• Again, don't worry about this interview, just be you and it will be a breeze. ​

• The interview will be conducted by 2 sophomore mentors who were in your position one short year ago who just want to get to know you!

 D E C I S I O N ​

• After we have conducted all of the interviews, you will pref the FLOs that you interviewed for (DON"T FORGET TO PREF) and you will get one final e-mail from FLAC to let you know if you have joined the FRWD FAMILY!
